After three years of unchanged pricing, I am updating my rates beginning October 1, 2026. This reflects increased operating costs as well as the continued growth and development of my practice.

You choose the amount of time you'd like to spend in your session. I determine how that time is used based on what your body needs that day.
Thai massage, Ashiatsu, Swedish massage, assisted stretching, acupressure, breathwork, herbal compresses, and other techniques are all part of my toolbox. There are no add-ons or technique menus. Everything your body needs during your session is included.
