Cancellation Policy
At Southview Wellness, we understand circumstances can change, so clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up until 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 20% charged to your account. Please contact us directly via email at spanda.bodywork@gmail.com, or via call or text at 651-300-7751. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to another client in need. No-Show will result in 50% fee charged to you account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring we can provide timely and efficient care to all of our clients. Please note we consider exceptions for unavoidable emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
