Integrative massage
My work is centered around a simple question: How can we help the body move with greater ease?
I combine traditional Thai bodywork with Western massage techniques and movement-based approaches to work with tension, restricted mobility, discomfort, and the physical demands of an active life.
Rather than following a fixed sequence, I adapt each session to the person in front of me. Depending on what your body needs, a session may incorporate Thai massage, assisted stretching, deep tissue work, Swedish massage, barefoot Ashiatsu, compression, rhythmic movement, aromatherapy and focused therapeutic work.
I am particularly drawn to working with people who use their bodies—athletes, dancers, hikers, climbers, active professionals, and anyone who wants to maintain strength, mobility, and freedom of movement.
My interest in bodywork extends beyond massage techniques. I continue to study Thai medical theory, traditional Thai elemental theory, movement practices, aromatherapy, and yoga trapeze-inversion therapy. These studies continue to shape the way I understand the relationship between structure, movement, breath, and awareness.
I also have a lifelong background in visual art, which has influenced the way I observe movement, structure, balance, and form. For me, bodywork is both a practical skill and a form of attentive observation.
My goal is simple: to help you move more freely, feel more at home in your body, and continue doing the things you love.
What I work with
Mobility & Range of Motion
For bodies that feel stiff, restricted, or limited in movement.
Pain & Persistent Tension
Focused bodywork for areas of muscular discomfort and accumulated tension.
Active-Body Recovery
Supporting recovery after training, sports, hiking, dancing, climbing, and other physical activity.
Thai Bodywork & Assisted Stretching
Dynamic bodywork combining compression, stretching, rhythmic movement, and therapeutic touch.
Functional Movement
Helping you develop greater awareness of how your body moves and where it may be compensating.
Relaxation & Nervous System Downshifting
Because sometimes the body needs to stop doing before it can start recovering.

"Beyond Massage"
Bodywork is only one part of how I understand the body.
My background in visual art has taught me to pay close attention to structure, proportion, movement, balance, and subtle changes in form. Those same qualities have become part of the way I observe and work with the human body.
My studies in Thai medical theory, elemental theory, movement, aromatherapy, and yoga trapeze continue to expand my understanding of how the body adapts, moves, and responds to touch.
I also maintain a long-standing practice rooted in the Himalayan Buddhist tradition. While my massage practice is grounded in anatomy, bodywork, and movement, this background has deeply influenced the qualities I bring to my work: attention, patience, presence, and respect for the individual experience.
I am always learning. I don't see bodywork as a collection of techniques to master once and then repeat. It is an ongoing practice of observation, study, and refinement.
